01
Who we are
- Moore Multimedia, Kreekweg 8 T, 3133AZ Vlaardingen, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.
- You can reach us at info@mooremultimedia.nl or +31 10 203 6598. You can come to us with any question about your data.
- This statement applies to mooremultimedia.nl, to enquiries made through the contact form and the intake, and to clients we work with.
02
What data we process
- When you fill in the contact form or the intake:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number and company name, if you provide them;
- the package or combination you choose;
- your message;
- the time, the language of the page and the source of your visit (for example a Google Ads campaign), so that we know how you found us.
- If you are our client: the contact and invoicing details needed to carry out the assignment and invoice for it, and the material you give us for the assignment.
- When you visit the website: anonymous visitor statistics, as described in section 6. We do not store your IP address for this.
- We never ask for special categories of personal data, such as data about health or religion. Please do not include any in your message either.
03
Why, and on what legal basis
- Answering your enquiry: we use your data to contact you, schedule an intake and make a proposal. Legal basis: steps you yourself request before an agreement is made (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Carrying out the assignment: to deliver, coordinate and invoice the work. Legal basis: the agreement with you.
- Administration: we keep invoices and the data on them because the law requires it (statutory tax retention obligation).
- Improving the website: with anonymous statistics we see which pages and campaigns work. Legal basis: our legitimate interest, with as little data as possible and without cookies.
- Preventing abuse: we protect the form against spam and too many requests in a row. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
04
What happens to your enquiry
- If you submit the contact form or the intake, we send your details by email to info@mooremultimedia.nl, so that our team can reply quickly.
- We also store your enquiry as a lead on our own server: in a database (SQLite) and a log file that sit outside the public part of the website. Only we can access them, behind a password.
- We only use your data to follow up on your enquiry. You will not be added to a mailing list unless you ask for that yourself.
- To prevent spam and abuse, with each enquiry we keep an irreversibly encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address for a maximum of one hour. We do not keep the IP address itself.
05
How long we keep data
- Enquiries (leads): 24 months after receipt, unless we delete them sooner or you ask us to. This also applies to the email containing your enquiry.
- Client data: for as long as the collaboration lasts and afterwards for as long as is needed to wrap things up. We keep invoices for 7 years, as the law requires.
- Visitor statistics: 13 months. After that we delete them automatically.
- Form security: the hashed IP data for a maximum of one hour.
06
Website statistics without cookies
- We measure visits to our website with our own simple statistics tool that runs on our own server. Nothing is sent to Google, Meta or any other party.
- We do not place cookies for this and do not store anything in your browser. To link the pages of a single visit together, the server creates a visitor code from your IP address and browser details that changes every day and cannot be reversed. We do not store your IP address itself.
- As a result, we only see:
- which pages are viewed and for how long;
- which buttons and links are clicked, such as calling, emailing or booking an intake;
- which website a visitor came from (the referrer);
- campaign data in the link, such as utm parameters and the gclid from Google Ads;
- the type of device (mobile, tablet or computer) and the language of the page.
- If Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is switched on in your browser, we do not measure your visit at all.
07
Cookies and third-party trackers
- Our website does not use tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party trackers.
- If we want to use third-party tools in future after all, such as Google Tag Manager or conversion tracking for Google Ads, we will only load them after you have given your consent through a cookie notice. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
- If you click a link to another website, such as Instagram or LinkedIn, that party's privacy policy applies there.
- In the Cases section on the home page we show our clients' live websites in a frame once you scroll to it. Those websites then load directly from the client and may set their own cookies, under that website's own privacy policy. With data saving turned on in your browser you only see screenshots.
08
Who we share data with

- Email: enquiries arrive in our business mailbox with our email provider.

09
